Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Fofas LLC ships to addresses within the U.S. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Fofas LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: face masks, any face mask accessories, and any other products marked as ineligible for return.
